Metis Cares

Metis Financial Group is pleased to announce that we have joined the Jefferson County Adopt a Highway program. We are now proud caretakers of the stretch of road on West Belleview between Ward and Eldridge—the road that leads into the Willow Springs and Red Rocks Country Club area. We will be out in our red vests keeping part of our corner of the community free of litter in the spring and fall! Let us know if you would like to join us by clicking here. Teaching Kids About Money

One of my passions is teaching children about money. I believe that teaching kids at an early age about saving, spending and sharing helps set the framework for a healthy relationship with money. I use the Moonjar to help explain, in a simple way, how to use money now, in the future, and for greater good. The Moonjar® was established in 2001 by Eulalie Scandiuzzi to inspire and incorporate strong financial values and practices into everyday life. The name Moonjar comes from the idea of “Shooting for the Moon” and creating Big Dreams, along with the ancient custom of placing hopes and dreams in a jar.

I speak at schools, cub scout/girl scout meetings and other events. Please contact me to learn more about how we can change the conversation about money, starting with our kids! I would be honored to speak to your group of little people.
